This year, we celebrate a milestone that fills our hearts with both joy and deep reflection—the 5th Annual For Laura, With Love Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.
What started as a way to honor my sister Laura’s strength, resilience, and unwavering faith has grown into something truly beautiful—a community movement grounded in love, support, and hope. Laura was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer and given just 3–6 months to live, she was 38 years old. But with a strong support system and unshakeable spirit, she lived 5 ½ years—defying the odds and inspiring everyone who knew her.
Each October, we walk not just for Laura, but for every survivor, fighter, and family touched by breast cancer. We walk for early detection, access to care, and for the countless names and faces that remind us why this mission matters. Over the past five years, we’ve grown in numbers and impact—raising awareness, offering financial support, and letting women and men know they are not alone in their journey.
This anniversary is more than a marker in time. It’s a celebration of legacy, a testament to community, and a promise that I Am My Sister’s Bra Foundation will continue walking in love, with purpose, and in honor of Laura—for many years to come.
Thank you for walking at our Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk with us.
